What a strong answer sounds like
Station prompt
Your patient is anxious about a routine procedure and asks you to just tell them it will be fine. What do you say?
Weaker answer
"Don't worry, it will be totally fine, I promise." Reassures without acknowledging the fear, and promises an outcome nobody can guarantee.
Stronger answer
Names the fear directly, explains what will happen step by step, and gives the patient one concrete thing they control (a signal to pause). Honest, specific, and calming without a false promise.

What is an MMI?
A Multiple Mini Interview rotates you through several short, independent stations, each with a new scenario and often a new interviewer, so one bad room cannot sink your whole interview.
What is the difference between a panel interview and an MMI?
A panel interview sits you in front of one panel for a longer, continuous conversation. An MMI splits the same evaluation across multiple short, independent stations. The way you structure a single answer under pressure is the same skill either way.
How many mock interviews do I get?
It depends on your tier. Mastery and Match-Ready both include mock interviews with a teardown after each one; the exact count is confirmed when we start, based on your test date and available weeks.
Are your practice scenarios real interview questions?
No, never. Every scenario is original, written for this program. Real station and panel content is confidential to each school and is never reproduced here.
Which Canadian schools do you cover?

Do you coach dentistry interviews?
Yes. The same door, station, teardown and mock process applies, with scenarios adjusted for dental themes such as patient anxiety, cost of care and scope of practice.
When should I start after getting my interview invite?
As soon as you have a date. Interview windows are short and mock interviews need to be spaced out with time to fix what the teardown finds, not crammed into the final week.
What is a teardown?
A structured review of your mock interview: what you did well, the one or two things that cost you the most, and a specific fix to practice before the next mock.
What if the first session is not what I expected?
Say so before we hang up and I refund you on the spot, no argument. It has to be said on the call while we are still talking. Interview coaching does not carry the 4th Quartile Promise, because an interview has no quartile score to promise against.
