Arvin Ardakani started by coaching medical school applicants. Then dental applicants reached out, then pharmacy and nursing applicants. They used the same method, and they got the same kind of results: 4th-quartile CASPer scores and offers from their programs. That is how ExperienceMED came to coach every pre-health path.
Every healthcare program is looking for the same person
Whatever the profession, the assessments ask similar questions. CASPer uses situational judgment scenarios. MMI stations and panel interviews ask about ethics, teamwork, communication and your own experiences. They are all trying to find the same thing: someone with the judgment, empathy and professionalism to become a good healthcare professional.
That is why the method transfers. Arvin Ardakani is not coaching students to pass one exam. He is coaching them to think and speak like the healthcare professionals they want to become, and that does not depend on the badge on the door.
Medicine first, dentistry second
Medicine is the first focus and dentistry the second. Dental applicants have their own requirements, so read which Canadian dental schools require CASPer and dental school interview preparation in Canada.
Results across paths
Aida moved from the 2nd quartile to the 4th and was admitted to the University of Ottawa’s MD program. Shima, a dental applicant writing in her second language, moved from the 1st to the 4th. Jennifer reached the 4th quartile writing in her third language and went on to Ottawa’s MD program. Kimia, a dental applicant, reached the 4th quartile and then worked with Arvin on her personal statement. Interviews too, with names changed for privacy: Sara, whom he coached for her interview, was admitted to Ottawa’s MD program, and Sam, coached for the MMI, was admitted to McMaster’s.
What stays personal
Whatever your path, the coaching is with Arvin Ardakani himself. He marks your answers, diagnoses what is holding you back and stays reachable on WhatsApp between sessions. See what he looks for when marking an answer.
Where to start
Tell him your path, your test or interview date and where you are now, and the coaching is built around that. Read how to prepare for CASPer or what an MMI is, or see the programs.
