Before ExperienceMED existed, Arvin Ardakani was the customer. He paid large prep companies for CASPer and interview help, and what he saw shaped everything about how he coaches today.

He never knew who he would work with

The websites showed one or two faces. He never worked with them. The person who actually coached him was whoever the company assigned, and the quality varied a great deal from one coach to the next. Some had an impressive title, such as doctor. But a title is not the same as knowing how to teach CASPer, and the coaches he worked with had little training in the test they were teaching.

The teaching was generic

What he got was random, general material that could have been given to anyone. Nobody diagnosed what was actually holding him back, and nothing he was taught produced the results he needed.

Support ended with the hour

The coaches filled the hours they were paid for and left. Between sessions there was no one to ask. He felt that nobody there cared whether he got in, and he felt alone in the process.

What he built instead

ExperienceMED is designed as the opposite of each of those things.

  • You know your coach. The person you sign up with is Arvin Ardakani, and he is the person who teaches you from the first session to the last.
  • The coaching is specific. He reads your answers himself and diagnoses the pattern holding you back, whether it is jumping to conclusions, too many examples or thinking you cannot yet put into words. See what he looks for when marking.
  • Support does not stop. Students text him on WhatsApp between sessions, and practise at any hour with an AI model he trained on how he teaches. See why WhatsApp access matters.
  • He stays until you succeed. Your result reflects on him, so he cares about it personally. The 4th Quartile Promise puts that in writing.

What to ask any coach or company

Who exactly will coach me? How were they trained in this test, and what did they score? Who marks my answers? Can I reach them between sessions? The answers tell you more than any website.

Arvin Ardakani scored in the 4th quartile on CASPer four times, and students he coached have gone from the 1st and 2nd quartile to the 4th. To see his coaching for yourself, try the free mock, which he marks personally, or see the programs.
