Before he coached anyone, Arvin Ardakani was the applicant paying for help. He paid large prep companies for CASPer and interview support, and he came away feeling alone in the process. The sessions ended, the coach left, and nobody seemed to care whether he got in. The 4th Quartile Promise is the answer to that experience.

What the promise says

Finish the program. If you do not reach the 4th quartile, Arvin keeps working with you next cycle at no extra cost, until you do. Finishing means every module watched, every assigned scenario submitted and every booked session attended, because the method only works when the work is done. It covers coaching, not the test fee, and applies to one program at a time.

Why a refund was never the point

Many companies offer a money-back guarantee. A refund is a business policy: it closes the account and ends the relationship. Arvin Ardakani wanted the opposite. His promise keeps him in the room until the goal is reached, because the goal is shared.

In his words: “If something worries you, we are both concerned. If there is good news, an interview or an acceptance, we are both happy.”

Why he is confident enough to make it

Two reasons. The first is the method. Arvin scored in the 4th quartile on CASPer four times, and he teaches students the same 7-Level Blueprint he used. Students have moved a long way with it: Aida from the 2nd quartile to the 4th and into the University of Ottawa’s MD program, Shima from the 1st to the 4th as a dental applicant writing in her second language.

The second reason is how he works. He teaches students personally, marks their answers himself and stays reachable on WhatsApp between sessions, so he sees problems early and fixes them before test day. A coach who sees that much of the work can promise to keep going.

Like an older brother on the same path

Arvin describes the role he wants as an older brother who has walked the same path and is there at every step, until the student is admitted to a program they love and feels the satisfaction of having achieved it. Their results also reflect on him, so he cares about them personally. That is what the promise puts in writing.

The refund line

If the first session is not what you expected, tell him before the call ends and you are refunded on the spot, no argument. It has to be said on the call while you are still talking.
