ExperienceMED is owned and run by Arvin Ardakani. This page explains what information ExperienceMED collects on www.arvinardakani.com, on the course app at prep.arvinardakani.com and casper.arvinardakani.com, and through WhatsApp, why it is collected, and how to have it deleted.
What we collect
- Contact details you give us: your name, email address and phone or WhatsApp number, when you sign up, request a free assessment, buy a program or message us.
- Your coursework: the answers you write or record in the app, the feedback on them, and your progress through the modules.
- Payments: when you buy, Stripe handles your card. We receive your name, email, phone, billing address and what you bought. We never see or store your card number.
- WhatsApp messages: if you message ExperienceMED on WhatsApp, we keep the messages and your number so Arvin can read and reply to them.
Why we use it
- To give you the course you signed up for: your account, your practice, the marking and feedback on your answers.
- To reply to you, including on WhatsApp and by email.
- To process payments and give you access to what you bought.
- To send course emails, and newsletters if you asked for them. You can unsubscribe from newsletters at any time with the link in each email.
- To keep the service secure and working.
We do not sell your information.
