Acuity states that accommodation requests for the early-phase MMI go by email to [email protected] with the Accommodations Request Form and supporting documentation, at least 2 weeks before your interview. Ottawa states accommodations are requested through Acuity’s Early-phase MMI Accommodations page. If your interview is less than 2 weeks away, contact Acuity immediately and say so.
What does Acuity require?
- Early-phase MMI only: the form with your planned or scheduled MMI date, at least 2 weeks before the interview.
- Casper and early-phase MMI: the form with your Casper and MMI dates, at least 4 weeks before the Casper test and 2 weeks before the interview.
- Already approved for Casper: email the address with “Video Interviews” in the subject line at least 2 weeks before the MMI.
Acuity’s Help Centre holds the eligibility requirements, and we have not reproduced them because they can change.
Why does timing matter?
Because the deadline is measured from your sitting, not from when you were invited. Arvin Ardakani has applicants book their date and request accommodations in the same sitting at the computer.
