Acuity states the early-phase MMI lasts about 1 hour and 15 minutes. It consists of 8 interview stations with a rest station in the middle. The format is asynchronous: you record video responses. Acuity calls the format tentative and subject to change, and the dates page does not say how long each individual response runs, so confirm that in your own Acuity instructions.
What does 1 hour and 15 minutes mean for you?
It is a long sitting. Eight stations plus a rest station is a stamina task as much as a content one. Arvin Ardakani has applicants practise in blocks of four stations so the second half of the real sitting never feels like new territory.
What is not published?
Per-response time, read time and the exact number of prompts per station do not appear on the dates page. We will not invent them. Your Acuity instructions, sent when you schedule, are the authority.
How should you use the rest station?
Stand if you can, drink water, relax your shoulders and check your framing. Do not rehearse the next answer.
